The general terms and conditions of Smalls Auctions are subject to Australian Consumer Law and are governed by the laws of New South Wales which warrants that all lots are offered with clear title.
• Subject to any reserve price the highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
• In the case of two identical bids, the first bid received will take precedence.
• Internet bidders must register online 24 hours prior to the commencement of the Sale.
• Room bidders must complete a Registration Form before they will be permitted to bid.
• All auction lots are in the opinion of 'Smalls Auctions' faithfully described. Internet bidders who dispute the veracity of a description may return a purchase within 14 days of the conclusion of the sale, only if they can provide contrary written expert advice that a lot is a deliberate forgery or fake, or not in working order in the case of a mechanical or electronic device if this was indicated in the description.
